Commercial Rebuild After a Sewage Loss in Schaumburg

This commercial office space experienced flooding in several rooms after a sewage line backup. SERVPRO was called in to remove water-damaged materials and decontaminate the affected areas. After water damage mitigation was completed, a rebuild plan was enacted to not only make this sewage loss situation "Like it never even happened." but to make it better than it was before. Collaborating with the building owners, new drywall was installed with matching paint, and new floors were installed. The before photo shows the affected bathroom after demolition was completed, while the after photo shows the completed results of the rebuild.
