Alex Meier

Production Manager

After six years in the Marine Corp, Alex Meier has been working with SERVPRO since 2015. He is certified in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, Fire & Smoke Restoration, and Trauma & Crime Scene Cleanup. As a Production Manager, he is dependable, hardworking and reliable. In his off hours, he plays hockey and is an enthusiast for any outdoor activity.

Ben Dove

Production Manager

Ben is our most experienced employee, working with SERVPRO since 2006. His extensive IICRC certifications include Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying Fire and Smoke Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, Carpet Cleaning, and Trauma & Crime Scene Cleanup. Besides displaying immense leadership skills when directing a crew, Ben has contributed to many National Recovery Team rescues including the Coal City Tornado Disaster and the Ohio Flooding. He appreciates working with SERVPRO for the fact that every day looks different. In his off hours, Ben volunteers at the Spartan Race with his brother Micah.

Marcela Villegas

Office Manager

Marcela joined the SERVPRO team in 2019 and we couldn't be happier to have her on board. With over 10 years of customer service and accounting experience, Marcela is an invaluable asset to the team. At SERVPRO, Marcela likes the variety of different challenges and experiences every day brings, and she is looking forward to learning more about the restoration industry.

In her free time, Marcela enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new restaurants and different varieties of foods, and binge-watching Netflix TV shows and movies. 

Campbell Dove

Construction Manager

Campbell is a dedicated and skilled employee who has been with SERVPRO since 2012. He has certifications in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, Applied Structural Drying, and Fire & Smoke Restoration. 

Campbell switched roles from our mitigation crew to being our reconstruction manager for all of our rebuild projects. Campbell has great perception to quickly and efficiently put together rebuild estimates all while managing our subcontractors.

Ashley Thomas

Construction Coordinator

Ashley joined the SERVPRO team in June of 2021 as the Job File Coordinator and Reconstruction Administrator. Ashley has many years helping in customer service roles and was previously working as a preschool teacher for 3 years. In her free time Ashley spends working as a makeup artist for weddings and special events and spending time with her family. 

Andres Uriostegui

Production Staff

Andres is a technician with experience in property restoration since 2013 and certifications in Water Damage Restoration and Applied Structural Drying. Andres enjoys his work and strives to complete every job quickly.

Everardo German

Production Staff

Everado joined SERVPRO is February 2021 as a production technician and has worked his way into his current role as a crew chief. Everado loved his role as a technician but was looking for something more challenging. 

Everado is certified in Water Damage Restoration and is excited to be taking on mitigation jobs. On his free time, Everado enjoys spending time with his family and playing soccer. 

Micah Dove

Production Staff

Micah has been a Production Technician with SERVPRO since 2016. He has volunteered for the Spartan Race with his brother, Ben, and has helped with the Coal City Tornado Disaster. When not working, Micah enjoys reading, video games, outdoor sports and the company of his dog.

Connor Dove

Production Staff

Connor joined our SERVPRO team in the summer of 2021 as a technician. Before joining SERVPRO, Connor served 4 years in the army and enjoyed his time while being enlisted. 

Conner is one of our most reliable and hardworking technicians. Connor loves the day to day experience that comes with the mitigation jobs and looks forward to working with his crew chef, Alex. 

During his down time, Connor enjoys spending time with his brothers and playing video games. 

Connor Wiebe

Production Staff

Connor has been with SERVPRO for just over a year now. He was brought on as production staff for his drive to learn more about the mitigation and restoration industry. His favorite part about working for SERVPRO is that every day holds something new to learn and different from the day before. While serving time in the army, Connor was given the opportunity to pack parachutes. In his free time, Connor enjoys cooking and watching sports.

Kent Bachman

Production Staff

Kent has been with SERVPRO for just over a year and half now. He has been a great addition to our production staff and enjoys learning new things in the mitigation and restoration industry. Kent's favorite part about working for SERVPRO is meeting new people and learning new things on job sites every day. In his free time, Kent enjoys playing video games as well as fictional and nonfictional theology.  

Debbie Lindner

Office Staff

Debbie joined our SERVPRO team one year ago. Debbie has very instrumental with administrative work, following up on job progress and keeping the office organized for production. Her favorite part of working for SERVPRO is working for a company that serves it's community when an emergency strikes. In her spare time, Debbie enjoys spending time with her children, family, and friends. They also love to attend sporting events, camping, and seeing movies. 

Patrick Thompson

Sales Marketing Manager

Patrick joined our SERVPRO team in September 2020 as our production manager. Patrick now manages the sales marketers, making new connections is our neighborhood, and ensures a constant work flow for our business. 

Davis Crowell

Business Development Manager

Davis Crowell finds it thrilling and valuable to work with SERVPRO as our Business Development Manager. "We start each day discussing what we need to accomplish in order to provide the best possible care for our clients."  He believes working for a franchise focused on helping others is a wonderful way to spend the day. 

Jon Jacobsen

Sales Marketer

Jon joined SERVPRO in the beginning of March 2022. He has been in the restoration industry for 7 years now, both in mitigation and reconstruction. His favorite part about working at SERVPRO is taking care of customers and putting their minds at ease after they have had a disaster. In his free time, Jon enjoys going to his son's football games, watching the Bears, and playing music with his friends.
